If you are looking to obtain a Level 2 Hygiene Certificate in Catering, we may be able to help.
The Friends of the Gower Old School House are looking for volunteers to assist with Catering and BBQ’s at future events and we will pay for the training and certificate.
The training course is followed by the test and are carried out online. It can be completed in a day or at your own pace. If necessary, we can arrange a computer for you to use.
The certificate is accredited by City & Guilds and is endorsed by People 1st, the Sector Skills Council for Hospitality, Leisure, Travel and Tourism. It will make a useful addition to your CV.
You will just need to register as a Friend if you haven’t done so already and agree to help us out at more than one event – this experience can also be included in your CV and we will be happy to write a reference for you.
