GHEF Marketing and Communications Support – Request for Prices / Proposals

Gower Heritage & Enterprise Foundation is working with local people, Telford & Wrekin Council and the Architectural Heritage Fund to restore and bring back into use the Grade II listed Victorian Old School House (former Cottage Hospital) located in St Georges, Telford. The project is entirely community led and more information can be found at www.thegowertelford.org.uk

The trustee board is now seeking to commission marketing and communications support in line with the requirements set out in the table below to:

• communicate the project to potential project sponsors and donators,
• manage the local community expectation and encourage volunteering and positive interest/support,
• communicate and advertise the potential opportunities available at the finished venue
• understand the market to enable a more accurate prediction of demand for services and space at the finished project
• Create a platform for fundraising

Interested suppliers are requested to complete the template below and to indicate how they would approach this project working with the community project team and include other items on they would consider appropriate or necessary for the satisfactory delivery of this element of the project.

Please include prices per hour for additional marketing support and expenses rates.
