The results of the survey will form part of the more detailed financial planning now required as part of the development process within the Heritage Lottery and other funding.
We will not be able to identify you from the survey unless you choose to give us your address and name – for the prize draw – this will not be kept with the responses and will be destroyed.
The survey should take you no longer than 10 minutes to fill in.
